Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, the participant will demonstrate the ability to:

  1. Compare the existing terminology related to chemotherapeutic maintenance therapy and apply it to currently accepted treatment regimens.  
  2. Interpret existing clinical data in the area of chemotherapeutic maintenance therapy regimens and identify what effects such a regimen may have on patient quality of life and survival. 
  3. Summarize clinical trials and guidelines related to chemotherapeutic maintenance therapy and identify opportunities to incorporate their results into clinical practice.
